Hi, my name is Gemma and I am the founder of Empower Fitness.
I am dedicated to providing high-quality in-person and online personal training for all of my clients, ensuring a supportive and empowering experience every step of the way.
With a Foundation Degree in Sport, a Level 3 Personal Training Qualification, and a Level 3 Pre and Postnatal Exercise and Nutrition Qualification, I offer a well-rounded, knowledgeable approach to coaching. Whether you're new to the gym, a regular class-goer looking to build strength, or a mum navigating fitness through pregnancy and beyond.
My approach to coaching integrates physical and mental well-being, ensuring a holistic fitness experience that nurtures both body and mind.
As a mother to a little boy, I understand firsthand the challenges of balancing fitness, self-care, and family life. This personal experience drives my passion for supporting pregnant women and new mothers, helping them feel empowered through every stage of their journey.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll often find me exploring the outdoors, rock climbing, horse riding, or on the tennis court (I’m also a qualified tennis coach!). Staying adventurous and active is a big part of my life, and I love bringing that spirit of energy and positivity to every session.
